Terms of use

Your account

• Access is by invitation only, and each account is for one person.
• Keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell your administrator straight away if you think someone else has used it.
• What you can see and do depends on the role we give you.

Acceptable use

Use Baxter only for our business. Don't:

• try to reach information your role doesn't allow;
• interfere with Baxter or its security;
• upload files that are unlawful or harmful.

Bills and records

Baxter records bills and sends approved ones to QuickBooks. People approve bills and record payments; Baxter never does either by itself. What Baxter reads from a document is a suggestion for a person to check before it becomes a record.

QuickBooks

An administrator can connect a QuickBooks Online company, approving the connection on Intuit's own screen. Baxter then uses it as the privacy policy describes. QuickBooks remains our accounting record, and an administrator can disconnect at any time.

Our information

Information in Baxter belongs to us, and we handle it as the privacy policy describes.

Changes

We may change Baxter or these terms, or end someone's access, at any time. When these terms change, we update this page and the date above.
